Terms of Service Agreement

Welcome to INFONEP. By accessing the DataAtlas™ SaaS or consulting our data curation teams, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. API Access Limits & Anti-Scrape Gating
To prevent system overload, standard DataAtlas™ API access tokens are governed by rate-limiting rules. Automated harvesting, scripting, or scraping indexing nodes is strictly prohibited. Violators will face access token cancellation.
2. Proprietary Data Licenses
The databases and curated files provided by INFONEP are licensed for internal corporate decision support. Sublicensing, re-selling, or republishing these indices without written consent from our legal board is prohibited.
3. SLA & Database Availability
Enterprise plans receive a 99.99% system availability guarantee. Service outages arising from AWS region incidents will be resolved in coordination with AWS Solutions Architects.
