Information Privacy & Security Policy
Effective: June 25, 2026
At INFONEP, database privacy is core to our corporate integrity. This policy outlines how we ingest, store, encrypt, and manage customer corporate details and access keys.
1. Cloud Subnets & Databases Isolation
All user data, search index selections, and analytics logs are stored in private subnet clusters inside Amazon Web Services (AWS) regions. External database scanning, algorithmic farming, or crawler harvesting is prevented via WAF protocols.
2. Identity Management & Cognito Session Cookies
We manage customer portal access using AWS Cognito pools. Cognito stores essential authentication data inside cookies to keep your research sessions active and validate tier pricing authorizations.
3. Subject Access & Purge Rights
You can request a complete profile delete or export a JSON file mapping your queries log at any time. Submit a request to the analyst desk inside the contact panel.
